505.12 ANIMAL OWNER LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The owner, keeper or harborer of any animal which damages or destroys parks or public property or any private property or attacks any human being or domestic farm animal shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed in addition to any penalties imposed for violation of this chapter.
