3-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-6 of this Code. (Ord. 90-1, 1-24-1990; 1996 Code)
