3-2-5: BUSINESS LICENSE:
Every person or entity engaging in sales subject to this Chapter shall obtain a Monticello Business License as required by Title 3, Chapter 1, of this Code. (Ord. 1997-3, 12-1-1997, eff. 1-1-1998)
