3-2-4: SALES TAX LICENSE:
Every person or entity engaging in sales subject to this Chapter shall obtain a sales tax license as required by Utah Code Annotated section 59-12-106. (Ord. 1997-3, 12-1-1997, eff. 1-1-1998)
