All certificates of license shall be signed by the Recorder/Clerk, and shall contain the following information:
A Name: The name of the person to whom such certificate has been issued.
B Amount: The amount paid.
C Type: The type of license and the class of such license if licenses are divided into classes.
D Term: The term of the license with the commencing date and the date of its expiration.
E Location: The place where such business, calling, trade or profession is to be conducted. (1978 Code § 9-117; amd. 1996 Code)
