11-1-8: SUBDIVISION NOT TO ENDANGER HEALTH OR PROPERTY:
No subdivision shall be developed in the city which, in the opinion of the city council, shall be detrimental to the health or well being of the residents of the city when the subdivision is completed. (Ord. 2012-01, 7-10-2012)
