Amendments to this title may be made from time to time as it is deemed necessary. Following a public hearing on proposed amendments to this subdivision title, the planning commission shall make a recommendation to the city council. The city council shall then hold another public hearing prior to approval or rejection of the recommended amendments. (Ord. 2012-01, 7-10-2012)
