2-2-7: DECISION ON APPEAL:
In exercising the above mentioned powers, the board of adjustment may affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision or determination of the land use authority. (Ord. 2009-13, 3-24-2009, eff. 4-13-2009)
