The board of adjustment shall organize and elect a chair. Meetings of the board of adjustment shall be held at least annually and as matters described herein arise for their review. The chair, or in her/his absence, the acting chair, shall conduct all meetings. All meetings will be open to the public. The board of adjustment shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent or failing to vote indicating such facts, and shall keep such records of its examinations and other official acts, all of which shall be filed immediately by the city recorder and shall be public record. "Robert's Rules Of Order" shall be followed in the conduct of meetings wherever applicable. (Ord. 2009-13, 3-24-2009, eff. 4-13-2009)
