The international plumbing code, latest edition, published by the International Code Council, including all attachments and appendix chapters, as adopted and amended by the state of Utah, which has been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the zoning administrator, is hereby approved and adopted as the plumbing code of the city, except as otherwise altered or modified by the ordinances of the city.
