9-2-4: FEES:
   A   Established: The permit fees applicable in the city for use under the national electrical code shall be established by resolution of the city council.
   B   Exception: No fee shall be charged where the total cost of the work is estimated to be less than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (1978 Code § 9-543; amd. 1996 Code)
