The international building code, the international residential code, the international plumbing code, the international mechanical code, and the international fuel gas code, latest editions, published by the International Code Council, including all attachments and appendix chapters, as adopted and amended by the state of Utah, which have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the zoning administrator, are hereby approved and adopted, and shall hereinafter collectively be known as the "building codes" of the city.
