8-6-2: WASTEFULNESS UNLAWFUL 1 :
It shall remain unlawful for any person to waste water or to affect the pressure or supply of the city water system by excessive use of water:
   A   Any watering of crops used for animal consumption.
   B   Filling of ponds.
   C   Livestock water/filling of water tanks.
   D   No airborne sprinkling during rainstorms. (Ord. 2013-3, 5-14-2013)
