8-2-18: CROSS CONNECTION PROHIBITED:
It shall be a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-6 of this code to make any connection to the secondary water system that could cause the mingling of secondary water with culinary water in the culinary water system of the city. (Ord. 86-1, 3-26-1986; amd. 1996 Code)
