8-2-12: SCARCITY OF WATER:
In time of scarcity of water, whenever it shall in the judgment of the governing body be necessary, the city council shall by resolution limit the use of secondary water to such extent as may be necessary. (Ord. 86-1, 3-26-1986; amd. 1996 Code)
