8-2-10: ACCESS BY DEPARTMENT:
The Public Works Manager and his agents shall at all ordinary hours have free access to any place supplied with secondary water services from the secondary water system for the purpose of examining the apparatus and ascertaining the amount of secondary water service being used and the manner of its use. (Ord. 86-1, 3-26-1986; 1996 Code)
