A Defined: For the purposes of this Section, "City street" shall be defined as being from curb to curb or, if no curb, being two feet (2') past the oiled portion or graveled surface of the road.
B Unlawful To Park, Leave Or Abandon: It shall be unlawful to park, leave or abandon a motor vehicle on any portion of a City street beginning one hour after the commencement of snowfall until the storm is over and snow removal operations have ceased.
C Vehicles Subject To Tow: Vehicles remaining on City streets under these conditions are subject to being towed at owners' expense.
D Penalty: A violation of this Section will be considered a Class C misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-6 of this Code. (Ord. 95-7, 12-13-1995; 1996 Code)
