6-2-10: PENALTIES IMPOSED:
A person violating this chapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and will be penalized in accordance with Monticello city ordinances governing the same. (Ord. 2009-14, 5-26-2009, eff. retroactive to 4-13-2009)
