All owners of rifle, trap, archery and target ranges available to the public, shall, be required to obtain a permit to operate such ranges with a fee prescribed in the city fee schedule ordinance. The shooting of firearms shall be restricted to between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Violation of any of the terms of such regulations shall constitute a violation of this chapter and can be cause for revocation of the license granted under the terms of the chapter.
