(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by state law.
(2) Violation of § 130.09 is a petty misdemeanor punishable by not more than the maximum penalty as prescribed by state law.
