§ 117.99 PENALTIES.
   Any person or entity that violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor under Minnesota law, and shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both, together with the costs of prosecution. Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense. Conviction of a violation of this chapter, while not required, may be grounds for the suspension or revocation of any license issued under this chapter.
