§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating § 115.13 may be fined not less than $20 and the costs of the action nor more than $500 and the costs of the action for each and every subsequent offense.
