(A) PEG access facilities. Franchises will establish obligations to provide PEG access facilities to meet the community’s needs and interests. The city will operate, administer, and manage PEG access programming and the city may delegate its PEG access authority and responsibilities to the Commission. All franchises must contain equivalent PEG access obligations on any franchise provider of cable services.
(B) Service to public or educational institutions. Franchises will establish obligations for the provision of free or reduced cost cable services to identified public or educational institutions.
