§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.06 shall have the penalties provided in § 10.99.
      (2)   The imposition of one penalty for any violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.06 shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue.
      (3)   Each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
