§ 51.08 STORMWATER UTILITY FEE EXEMPTIONS.
   The following land uses are exempt from stormwater utility fees:
   (A)   Public rights-of-way and parks;
   (B)   Vacant lands with no impervious surface; and
   (C)   Railroad rights-of-way.
