All employees of the Fire Department shall perform such duties and functions as are prescribed in job descriptions which shall be prepared for each position by the Fire Chief in consultation with the City Human Resources Director. The City Council may consider, at its discretion, through the City Administrator, the recommendations of the Fire Chief in these matters.
