There is hereby established a Mobile Integrated Healthcare Plan Program Fund for the purpose of receipt of funds including grants and donations to be used exclusively for the costs of equipment, supplies, fuel, paramedics' wages, and all other expenses incurred by the Monticello Fire Department in the course of its EMTs carrying out their duties under the Mobile Integrated Healthcare Plan Program. This fund shall not revert to the general fund from year to year.
