There is hereby established the “SOMA Walk Through Fund” for the receipt and disbursement of development funds and SOMA matching funds received by the city under the Creating Places Project Assistance Agreement (“agreement”) entered into by and between the city and Catalaunch, LLC, d/b/a Patronicity, which funds shall be used and disbursed pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
