§ 34.160 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established the “Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund”, for the receipt of INDOT Community Crossings Matching Grant funds.
   (B)   The permitted expenditures from the fund shall be the payment of expenditures and costs associated with the repaving, rejuvenating, extending and improving various city streets and related infrastructure for which INDOT Grant Funds are intended.
   (C)   The life of the fund shall be perpetual, pending the completion of the projects described in division (B) herein.
