(A) There is hereby established the Monticello Water Utility “East South Street Water Line Fund #609”.
(B) The purpose of Fund #609 shall be for the payment of expenditures and costs associated with the East South Street Water Line Project.
(C) Fund #609 shall be funded by the transfer of all surplus and unused monies from the Monticello Water Utility Tower Improvement Fund #610.
(D) The life of Fund #609 shall be perpetual, pending the completion of the East South Street Water Line Project.
