The city requires that a $500 preview fee be submitted with all plans, including drainage calculations if applicable, for all developments requiring approval by the city and review by city engineers. The fee will be used to pay for the engineering review of the submittal. If the review fee is less than that sum, the balance will be refunded to the developer. If the review fee exceeds thatsum, the developer shall be responsible for paying the difference, which shall be a condition of approval of the development plans. The review fee established by this section shall be in addition to any other required federal, state or county fees.
