(A) There is hereby established a Driving Under Influence Patrol Non-Reverting Grant Fund for the Police Department to receive grants of monies from the Partners for Drug Free White County to be used to pay overtime expenses for traffic enforcement.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to keep a full and complete record of all receipts thereto and disbursements therefrom, as required by law.
