§ 33.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   That the City of Monticello Policy and Procedure Manual of January 1, 2016 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as part of this Code, as if set out at length herein, as the personnel policies for the city and shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 2016.
