§ 34.73 OPERATION PULLOVER REIMBURSABLE GRANT FUND.
   There is hereby established an Operation Pullover Reimbursable Grant Fund for the Police Department of the city for the purpose of receiving grants of monies from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute to be used for the purpose of paying overtime expenses for “Operation Pullover”. The City Clerk-Treasurer is directed to keep a full and complete record of all receipts thereto and disbursements therefrom as required by law.
