(A) There is hereby established a Fire Department Gift Fund for the Fire Department into which all gifts, donations, and bequests to the Department shall be placed. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a full and complete record of all receipts thereto and disbursements therefrom.
(B) Subject to the approval of the Common Council, the Fire Chief may use monies in such fund for:
(1) Making repairs and purchases of equipment needed by the Department; and
(2) The payment of the cost of the meal at department banquet/award ceremonies for any honoree and their one guest attending such banquet/award ceremony.
