(A) The city indicates its intention to participate, and maintain participation, in the National Flood Insurance Program and does hereby adopt by reference the provisions of White County Ordinance No. 13-09-16-01 and does designate the White County Area Plan Commission as its planning and zoning agency.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain a copy of this chapter, together with White County Ordinance No. 13-09-16-01, in the manner city ordinances are kept and available for public inspection.
