(A) There is hereby established a Police Accident Report Fund for the Police Department of the city, and the City Clerk-Treasurer is directed to keep a full and complete record of all receipts thereto and disbursements therefrom.
(B) Subject to the approval of the Common Council, the Police Chief of the Department may use monies in such fund for making repairs and purchase of equipment needed by the Department.
