(A) Each residence in the city from which the city collects solid waste pursuant to Chapter 53 of the Monticello Code, shall be assessed a solid waste collection and disposal fee in the sum of $5.00 per month, effective July 1, 2013.
(B) All revenues generated from collection of the solid waste collection and disposal fee as provided herein shall be deposited to the general fund, or as may hereafter be directed by the Monticello City Council.
