§ 34.140 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established the “Constitution Plaza Fund” for the city.
   (B)   Monies in such fund shall be used to pay such costs incurred by the city for its share of the reconstruction of the Monticello downtown area known as “Constitution Plaza.”
