§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, corporation, partnership, licensee, applicant or driver who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 up to a maximum of $2,500 per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues to exist.
