Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter may be subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense. For second or subsequent offenses occurring within six months of a previous violation shall be assessed a fine in the sum $50. A minimum of $250 per hour cost of cleanup fee for the Street Department may be imposed to be deposited into the MVH Fund. All fines shall be remitted within ten days to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office. In addition, the city may take such civil action as provided by law, including, but not limited to injunctive relief, abatement of a nuisance, or imposition of a lien for expenses.
