§ 32.70 CREATION.
   There is hereby created the Monticello Department of Unsafe Buildings, which is hereby authorized to administer this Unsafe Building Subchapter. The Chief Administrative Officer of the Department of Unsafe Buildings shall be appointed by the Mayor.
