(A) Commencing with the Monticello Waterworks and Sewage Disposal Utility bills issued May 2009, all such bills will be for the immediately preceding month’s water and sewage utility use.
(B) Commencing with such utility bills issued May 2009, all such bills will be due by the eighteenth day of the month such bills are issued.
(C) Penalties for late payment of such utility bills shall accrue on the nineteenth day of each month, commencing with utility bills issued May 2009.
(D) All checks given in payment for water or sewer utility service which are returned because of non-sufficient funds may be subject to further charges in the maximum amount permitted by law.
