(A) There is hereby established a non-reverting Fire Department Training Fund for the Fire Department of the city, for the purpose of receiving monies from registrations for fire training and classes, and donations, the proceeds of which to be used for paying costs related to fire training classes.
(B) The City Clerk-Treasurer is directed to keep full and complete records of all receipts thereto and disbursements therefrom as required by law.
(C) In addition to those sources of funding of the non-reverting Fire Department Training Fund for the Fire Department set forth in division (A), the training fund shall also be funded by 4% of all income received by the Fire Department Ambulance Services, commencing the first day of January, 2009.
