§ 34.75 POLICE DEPARTMENT ACCIDENT REPORT FEES.
   (A)   Effective July 1, 2006, the Police Department shall charge $5 for copies of any accident reports.
   (B)   All proceeds received therefrom shall be deposited into the Police Department Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
