§ 32.37 DUTIES.
   The duties of said Board shall include the creation of an Urban Forestry Master Plan for the planting of trees or other vegetation within the city. The plan shall be submitted to the Common Council as and when requested by the Council, together with any accompanying recommended ordinances, upon which the Council may take final action.
