(A) There is hereby created the Urban Forestry Board which shall consist of five voting members appointed by the Mayor. The initial term of three of the members shall expire December 31, 1993, and the initial term of the remaining two members shall expire December 31, 1995. Thereafter, each Board members' term shall be for a period of four years.
(B) The Superintendent of Streets and Sanitation and the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation of the city shall also serve as ex-officio non-voting members of the Board.
