§ 32.02 CREATION OF MONTICELLO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   There is hereby created a Monticello Economic Development Commission which shall be composed of five members appointed as required by state law. The Commission shall have the powers, duties and organization required by state law.
