(A) It is the declared intention of the Common Council to avail itself of the provisions of IC 36-7-4-201 et seq. and to participate in the operation of the Area Planning Department after it is established, pursuant to IC 36-7-4-202, 36-7-4-203(b), and 36-7-4-206.
(B) The Council hereby adopts the provisions of IC 36-7-4-201 et seq.
(C) The membership of the County Area Plan Commission shall be as set forth in IC 36-7-4-207 through 36-7-4-211 and IC 36-7-4-216 through 36-7-4-217.
