Plans, specifications, certificates and other data required by the Uniform Housing Code, shall be filed both with the County Area Plan Commission and the Building Department. Each such project filed shall be accompanied by a project filing fee, which fee shall be determined from the project filing fee schedule, to be promulgated and agreed upon by the Plan Commission and the Department.
